Return and Refund Policy

Dinner seats are an event service, so there is nothing to return. Please read how refunds work before you pay.
Dinner seats are non-refundable
Once a dinner seat is paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded at the guest's request, including if you are unable to attend.
When we do refund
We refund the full amount paid if: the dinner is cancelled by us; you were charged more than once for the same seat; or you were charged but your seat was not confirmed.
A payment we could not verify during a security review is also refunded in full.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days and are returned to the original payment method (the same bKash/Nagad wallet or bank account you paid from). Your bank or wallet provider may take a few additional days to show the credit.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your name, registered mobile number and the transaction ID (TrxID) of your payment.
