What we collect

When you register: your name, mobile number, email, designation, business name, address and type, optional national ID and nationality, the services you are interested in and your T-shirt size.

When you pay: the number of seats, the amount, and the payment method, the number or account you paid from, the transaction ID and any receipt screenshot you upload. We never ask for or store your wallet PIN, OTP or card details.

When you pay directly by bKash, Nagad, Upay or bank transfer: the transaction ID, the number or account you paid from, and the receipt screenshot if you upload one. We never ask for your PIN or OTP.

When you browse: page-view statistics (page, device type, referring site) counted with a one-way hashed visitor ID — no cookies and no stored IP addresses. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To review your registration, issue your entry ticket and dinner seat, contact you about the summit by email, phone or WhatsApp, check you in at the venue and print your badge, and to keep payment and accounting records as required by law.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the event: our database and hosting providers, and our email and WhatsApp messaging services. We do not sell your information and we do not allow third-party advertising on this website.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorised staff. We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed for the event and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information (except records we must keep by law) by contacting us.
